Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Payment: Payment is collected at booking. Prices include selected services and add-ons. Late Arrivals: Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling. Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage. Clients must provide safe access to their vehicle location.
