By booking a service with Rollin’ Rinse Mobile Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits will be applied toward the final balance.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once without forfeiting the deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to an additional fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, deposits will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.

 

3. Payment

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion of service.

  • Unpaid balances may result in the refusal of future service.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Vehicles must be unlocked and accessible at the scheduled time.

  • Please remove all personal belongings before the appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • Access to water and electricity (if required) must be provided, unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Liability

  • We will perform all services with care; however, Rollin’ Rinse Mobile Detailing is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or paint imperfections.

    • Damage due to weak, loose, or faulty parts (e.g., trim, emblems, moldings, aftermarket accessories).

    • Poor paintwork, clear coat failure, or other manufacturer/aftermarket defects.

  • Customers acknowledge that some stains, odors, or imperfections may not be fully removable. Results vary depending on vehicle condition.

 

6. Weather Policy

  • Services may be rescheduled if weather conditions prevent safe or effective detailing.

  • Deposits will transfer to the new appointment.

 

7. Satisfaction & Disputes

  • If you are not satisfied, notify us before we leave the appointment so we can address the concern.

  • After we leave, all sales are considered final.

 

8. Changes

  • Rollin Rinse Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time.

  • Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section.

  • By using our services, you understand that Rollin Rinse Mobile Detailing does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

9. Agreement

I HAVE FULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT “ROLLIN RINSE MOBILE DETAILING’S Terms and Conditions of Service” AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY BOOKING ONLINE/OFFLINE, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE, OR IN PERSON, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER AND DISCHARGE “ROLLIN RINSE MOBILE DETAILING” AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, STAFF, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST “ROLLIN RINSE MOBILE DETAILING” FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
